For over 16 years we have focused on placing Filipino nurses, nurses and doctors in hospitals.
We work with flat rates. The number of vacancies does not matter. You decide what kind of staff you need / are looking for and the duration of the cooperation. This determines the all-in order amount.
In addition to the all-in order amount, there are no other fees, charges or costs.
§ 1 Subject
Search for and supply of suitable personnel in line with the selection of the client.
Job descriptions and requirement profiles are uploaded online by the client.
§ 2 Flat rate
GLOBAL ADVENTUM receives a flat-rate order amount from the client analogous to the selection made by the client.
Not included are possible third party costs such as VISA fees or costs for travel to and accommodation for candidates.
§ 3 Term
The contract begins with the conclusion of the purchase, but not before receipt of payment of the lump sum order amount.
The duration is based on the selection of the client.
§ 4 Confidentiality Agreement / Duty of Confidentiality
The client allows GLOBAL ADVENTUM to pass on data and information to network partners that are necessary to fulfill this contract.
Furthermore, the parties agree to maintain secrecy about mutual business and trade secrets and to treat customer information, business and trade secrets received in this context as confidential, even beyond the duration of the contractual relationship.
The client will use the candidate data made available by GLOBAL ADVENTUM in the course of candidate presentations, regardless of type, solely for the purpose of its own recruitment process and will not make this data accessible to third parties.
§ 5 Salvatorian clause, written form, place of jurisdiction
Should one or more provisions of this contract be or become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions or the validity of this contract as a whole.
Changes and additions to this contract must be made in writing to be effective. This also applies to agreements on the written form requirement itself.
Upon conclusion of the purchase, the client accepts the contractual conditions.
The place of performance and jurisdiction of this contract is exclusively agreed to be the place of business of GLOBAL ADVENTUM.
