IPM® supports you proactively in the search for an alternative job through targeted contact with potential employers in the hidden job market.
GLOBAL ADVENTUM - IPM®
(1) IPM® determines job requirements according to the candidate's specifications.
(2) IPM® checks the candidate's application documents and makes suggestions if necessary.
(3) From the documents provided by the candidate, IPM® creates an anonymized candidate profile for submission to potential employers.
(4) On behalf of the candidate, IPM® contacts potential employers on the initiative and checks whether a job is available that meets the expectations of the candidate.
In addition, the anonymized candidate profile can be presented to other 5,000 personnel consultancies in order to achieve the broadest possible candidate presence.
(5) IPM® presents the candidate to potential employers in the form of an anonymized profile.
(6) IPM® informs the candidate about possible job offers.
(7) IPM® informs the candidate about a job offer and, together with the candidate, determines whether an offered job meets the expectations and whether the candidate can meet the requirements.
(8) At the request of the candidate, IPM® conducts initial negotiations (salary level, area of responsibility, starting dates) with the employer
(9) On request and in consultation with the candidate, IPM® establishes open contact between the candidate and the employer.
Duties of the candidate
(1) The candidate provides IPM® with truthful information about training and professional activities.
(2) The candidate participates in the determination of knowledge and in the decision-making process for an offered job.
(3) The candidate informs IPM® about all open application procedures in order to avoid “duplicates” in profile templates.
(4) The candidate informs IPM® about contacts to other personnel consultancies.
Data Protection
(1) The candidate agrees that IPM® collects, uses, processes and stores personal data of the candidate. The storage period is determined by IPM®. The deletion of the data can be requested after the end of the order. The return of documents submitted in writing must be expressly agreed.
(2) IPM® does not pass on open data of the candidate to employers or other personnel consultancies without the candidate's prior consent. IPM® otherwise only passes on the candidate's data in anonymised form.
Guarantee
(1) IPM® guarantees the search for a job in the course of candidate marketing. Success in terms of mediation is not guaranteed.
(2) The candidate guarantees the correctness of the personal information provided.
(3) IPM® does not guarantee the information provided by employers.
Cost sharing
(1) IPM® receives a cost share for its services within the scope of this program.
Confidentiality / confidentiality
(1) IPM® undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all candidate data.
(2) IPM® and the candidate undertake to treat all matters and processes of the employers contacted, in particular operational processes, technical facilities and commercial matters that come to light in the course of the activity, confidentially for an unlimited period of time.
